About the race
Trail Run Australia’s Sunshine Coast 10hr Ultra takes place at Ewen Maddock Dam in Landsborough, Queensland. The event is a time-based trail challenge offering a 6 km rainforest lap for solo runners, pairs and teams (up to 60 km total across up to 10 laps), plus a 5 km Family Fun lap. The 6 km course blends single-track (about 4.08 km) with fire trails (1.92 km) and features about 138 m of elevation gain per lap, with creek crossings and muddy terrain.
The festival vibe includes themed laps, post-race BBQ and bar, live entertainment, and supportive crowds around Race HQ. It’s also a fundraiser for SMEAC veterans. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
