The Blackall100 is a challenging trail running ultra held on the Sunshine Coast hinterland in Mapleton, Queensland. The event features three distances: 100km, 50km, and a new 21km course. Runners traverse the scenic Blackall Range, experiencing lush ferny forests, subtropical rainforest, tall eucalypts, waterfalls, and quiet hinterland villages.
The race is rich in Indigenous heritage, with the area historically significant for local tribes. The course starts and finishes at QCCC Mapleton, with multiple checkpoints and drop bag support. The event offers a vibrant atmosphere with live music, food, and a strong community spirit.
