Ultraman Australia is a challenging three-day endurance triathlon held annually at Noosa Heads beach on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. Covering a total distance of 515 km, the event includes a 10 km swim and 140 km bike ride on day one, a 281.1 km bike ride on day two, and an 84.3 km run on day three. The race tests both physical and mental endurance with a 12-hour cut-off each day.
