Event overview
Ultraman Australia is a three-day, 515 km endurance triathlon held annually in Australia. The event is staged in Noosa Heads, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, and starts and finishes at Noosa Heads beach in front of the Noosa Heads Surf Lifesaving Club. The event was first held in 2015. UM Australia is an independent event and is not affiliated with other Ultraman distance events.
Course and format
UM Australia is divided into four stages over three days. Each day has a 12 hour cut-off. The daily stage distances are:
- 10 km swim
- 140 km bike
- 281.1 km bike
- 84.3 km run
