THE Y SUMMER SERIES
The Y Marathon Club runs a Summer Series of timed races in the Auckland Domain, held weekly during Daylight Saving. The series comprises two blocks of dates: Series 1 from 01 Oct 26 to 17 Dec 26 and Series 2 from 07 Jan 27 to 08 Apr 27. Races start and finish at the Auckland Domain Grandstand and use a looped course through the park; each 5 km loop is mapped for participants.

- 10 km (two loops)
- 5 km (one loop)
Entry options include single-event and series pricing. The published fees are $5.00 for a single entry and $50.00 for a full series (Series 1 has 12 events, Series 2 has 13 events). Every race entry number is entered into a spot prize draw.
Results for recent seasons are published online and course maps are available showing the looped route and nearby landmarks such as the Auckland War Memorial Museum and the Domain Wintergardens. Sponsors are acknowledged for the series.
