Harcourts Cooper & Co Devonport Half Marathon : Event overview
The event is held at Devonport Domain in Devonport and is scheduled for Sunday, 27 September 2026 with a rain date of Sunday, 4 October 2026. Race distance options include half marathon (21k), 10k, 5k fun run and walk, and a 2k kids' dash. The half marathon follows a two-lap route that passes through Cheltenham, Narrow Neck and the village, and offers views of Waitemata Harbour from historic North Head.
Practical event information includes race number collection on the day before the event and on race morning, a self-service Gear Drop area with numbered aisles and a separate key drop, and a large bank of temporary toilets located near King Edward Parade and Cheltenham Road. Aid stations are provided approximately every 3–5 km and serve water and electrolyte/sports drink. Directional signage and marshals will be positioned at turns and intersections. Safety procedures and competition rules are in place for participants.
All registered finishers receive a commemorative finisher medal. On-course results are updated in real time and can be accessed via the QR code on race numbers or through the event results pages.
