WS10 Bungarribee
WS10 is a monthly 10 km running event held on the third Sunday of every month at three locations around Western Sydney. The Bungarribee edition takes place in Western Sydney Parklands with a start adjacent to the Bung Shelter, near the main carpark for Bungarribee Park and the Warrigal dog run.
Vehicle access is via the intersection of Doonside Road and Holbeche Road. The course is a large looping out and back route that keeps participants within about 1.5 km of the start point for most of the distance.
The surface is mostly sealed concrete or bitumen, with two gravel sections and a dirt section that can become muddy after rain. Facilities at the site include ample car parking, places to secure a bike (bring your own lock), public toilets about 200 m from the start, and a drinking fountain with a dog bowl at the course start.
Participation requires registration on the event site. Returning runners who have run or signed up before remain registered; new participants need to complete the registration process and confirm via the email link provided by the site.
