Event overview
Woolley Trail Runs is scheduled for Saturday, February 14, 2026 in Sedro Woolley, Washington (1013 Polte Road). The event offers three distances:
- 50k
- Marathon
- Half Marathon
Entry fee is $65 (payment fees apply). Event shirts are available for $25 (tax and fees apply). Registration closes February 13, 2026.
Course and logistics
All three courses are out-and-back on the Cascade Trail, a railroad-grade gravel path that runs along a slight uphill on the outbound leg and the corresponding downhill on return. There are a few road crossings; there will be no crossing guards, so participants must heed traffic. Aid is limited; aid stations are located at the turnaround points (6.6 miles, 13.15 miles, 15.7 miles) and at mile 4. Runners are advised to plan on carrying water and personal aid. The course is not USATF certified and is not a Boston qualifier, but is described as at least the advertised distance.
Parking, drop bags and refunds
Parking near the start/finish area is very limited. Additional parking is available at Central United Methodist Church (about a block from the start). Drop bags can be left at the start and at all aid stations; they must be marked with bib number, aid station, and name. Unclaimed drop bags will be donated; they will not be mailed. The organizer generally does not offer refunds or bib transfers but allows one-time deferrals or fee transfers under specified conditions.
