Woody's Triathlon 2026
Woody's Triathlon takes place in Red Deer, Alberta, on Saturday, June 20, 2026. The event includes multiple race categories with specific age requirements for each category.
Races listed are Kids of Steel (ages 5 to 15), Junior Sprint (ages 16 to 19), Adult Sprint (age 20 and up), Relay Sprint (minimum age 16) and Try‑a‑Tri (minimum age 16). The event also introduces a new Adult Duathlon for participants aged 16 and over.
