Event overview
The Woody's RV World Marathon, Half Marathon and 10K will run in Red Deer on May 17, 2026. This is the 26th running of the event. The races take place through Red Deer’s park and trail system, with routes along the Red Deer River. The 2026 course will change because of train bridge construction and will be similar to the 2025 course. Because of the construction, the marathon is not a Boston Qualifier for 2026.

Registration opens November 1, 2025. Registration fees vary by date and event. For 2026 the event pages list tiered pricing examples: marathon tiers include amounts such as $82.59, $93.33 and $104.06; half marathon tiers include $77.22, $87.96 and $98.69; 10K tiers include $66.49, $77.22 and $87.96. The kids 1 KM fee is listed as $28.93. For all distances the registration fee does not include the event shirt; shirts are available to purchase separately.
