The marathon course for 2026 will differ from the usual route because of train bridge construction and will be similar to the 2025 course. Because of the construction, the marathon is not a Boston Marathon qualifier for 2026.

Races run through Red Deer’s park and trail system, including paths along the Red Deer River. Registration opens November 1, 2025.
