Harvest Run Red Deer
The Harvest Run in Red Deer is a community run and family friendly event in Central Alberta. It is organized by a volunteer committee and hosted by the Red Deer Runners. The organizing committee began with the first Harvest Run in 1991 and continues to coordinate volunteers and event operations.
The event has grown to include over 350 runners and a devoted group of volunteers. The 34th edition is scheduled for Sept 13, 2026 at a new location in Capstone. Event information includes pricing, t-shirts and medals, photos and results, a bursary, and sponsorship details. Local sponsors are listed for the 2026 edition.
