About the race
The Woodford Community Duathlon, held in Woodford, Stockport, offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere suitable for all abilities. The event features two race options: a Super Sprint (2.4km run, 11.79km bike, 2.4km run) ideal for beginners or training, and a Sprint (4.4km run, 19.5km bike, 2.4km run) for more experienced athletes. The mostly flat course runs through the rural suburban roads of Woodford, Wilmslow, and Mottram St Andrew, with a short, challenging hill on the bike segment.
