Cheddleton 10k Pudding Run and 2 Mile Fun Run
The Cheddleton 10k Pudding Run and 2 Mile Fun Run take place on 28 November 2026 at Cheddleton Community Centre, ST13 7HP. Entries close on 25 November 2026.
Distances:
- 10 km - three laps of an undulating, scenic, traffic-free course
- 2 mile Fun Run - one lap
The 10K is run over three laps on a traffic-free route that is described as undulating and scenic. The Fun Run is a single lap and has no age limit; children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. The 10K has a minimum age of 15 on race day.
All finishers receive a Christmas pudding. There is an extensive prize list including awards for the first 12 male and first 12 female finishers and prizes for all veteran age categories. Additional incentives exist for course records: a Gold Sovereign for a new men’s record (current 30:42) and £150 for a new women’s record (current 35:57).
Entry fees are listed as £18 (club) or £20 (unattached) for the 10K, and £9 for the Fun Run. The event supports Cancer Research. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
