Stanza Stones Ultra

The Stanza Stones Ultra is a challenging 50-mile running event set in the scenic South Pennines, connecting the towns of Marsden and Ilkley. Participants will traverse a linear route featuring over 6,800 feet of ascent, visiting six unique Stanza Stones, each inscribed with poems by Poet Laureate Simon Armitage that reflect the theme of water. The course also includes the historic village of Haworth, known for its Bronte sisters' legacy.
