Stanza Stones Ultra

The Stanza Stones Ultra is a challenging 50-mile running event set in the scenic South Pennines, taking place on June 7, 2025. Participants will traverse a linear route from Marsden to Ilkley, featuring over 6,600 feet of ascent and passing by six unique Stanza Stones, each inscribed with a poem by Simon Armitage that reflects the theme of water. The event includes live tracking, indoor checkpoints with refreshments, and a finishers meal.
