The Woodbooger 100 is an ultra trail running event situated in Norton, Virginia. The event utilizes the Norton Expo Center as the primary location for both the start and the finish of all races. Participants navigate a course characterized by significant elevation gain and scenic viewpoints through local forests and near creeks.
The event offers several distance options to accommodate different endurance levels:
- 100 mile
- 100k
- 50k
- 25k
The 100 mile and 100k races begin on Saturday, June 13, and have a total time limit of 40 hours. Finishers of these two ultra distances receive an official finisher's buckle specific to their distance. The 50k and 25k races take place on Sunday, June 14, with a 16 hour cut-off time.
