Fit Farmer 12K Trail Run
The Fit Farmer 12K Trail Run is a 12 kilometer trail race held on the City of Norton’s Flag Rock Area Trails system near the Norton Reservoir Trailhead in Norton, Virginia. The course travels predominantly single-track trails within the Flag Rock Recreation area.
This is the ninth annual running of the event. The race is part of the High Knob Triple Crown running series. Proceeds benefit the Norton Friends and Farmers Market Senior Supplement Program, which provides matching benefits that help low-income senior citizens purchase fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables at the farmers market.
Registration is open for the ninth annual race and registration closes on May 20, 2026. Runners who register by May 10, 2026 are guaranteed a race shirt.
