Women for Tomorrow 5K - Where Futures Thrive
The Women for Tomorrow 5K - Where Futures Thrive is the second annual community 5K run and walk held on September 13, 2026, at Case Eagle Park, 304 S Rochester St, Burlington, WI. The event raises funds for local youth sports, arts, leadership, and enrichment programs.
The course is a live route described as flat with 113 feet of elevation gain. The listed distance is 5K. Registration opens June 23, 2026 and closes July 14, 2026; the registration fee is $30. All runners will receive a race shirt while supplies last; the organizer has noted a cutoff date for guaranteed shirts.
The event includes team competition. The team with the most registered participants will win a donation to the youth organization of their choice. Awards are given to top teams, overall male and overall female finishers, and to the top three male and top three female finishers in the listed age groups; the top three overall finishers are removed from age group results. Age groups are 6-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 69 and older.
