Event format, awards, and logistics
The 5k and 12k are chip-timed with live results and awards. Age-group awards for the 5k and 12k include overall male and female, masters (40+), and top three male and female in standard age brackets from 10 & under up to 80+. The 1 Mile and Kids Dash are untimed; the Kids Dash is intended for ages 10 and under and uses a mini bib and youth-sized shirt. Youth pricing applies for 12 and under for the 5k/12k.
Packet pickup is available race day about an hour and a half before the start. Virtual participants receive a digital bib, event shirt, finisher medal, and shipping; mailed packets ship the Wednesday after the race. Course maps are published for the 5k and 12k. The organizer has a no-refund policy and will transfer registrants to the virtual event if the venue requires cancellation. Toys for Tots donation is accepted at the event.
