Course Information

The course uses wide, groomed trails. Most sections have chipped wood, but there are some areas with rocks and roots. The route is noted for a feature called "Killer Hill". The 5K course climbs it once, the 10K climbs it twice, and the Half Marathon climbs it three times. The course is marked with signs.

Two aid stations on the course provide water and sports drinks. A bag drop area is available near the course. The course will close for the final lap at 11:00 AM. An early start option is available for Half Marathon participants who need extra time, though the course may not be fully set up at that time.

Registration & Amenities

Registration is available in advance and electronically on race day. Race shirts are gender-specific and made of dry-wick material. A free fresh fruit bar and recovery drinks are provided post-race.

Awards

All finishers receive a magnet "woodle". Overall top male and female runners in each distance receive a custom award. Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in 5-year increments. There is also an "Average Joe & Jane" award for the male and female runners who finish in the middle of all participants.

The event is produced by Silver Circle Sports Events. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
