Wirral Country Park (Wirral Multi Terrain League)

Races are held over mixed surfaces that include sand, rocks, mud and hills. Distances vary by category:
- Senior races: 6.5 km to 8 km
- Junior races: approximately 2 miles
Entry categories and age rules are specified for the series. Entry is open to runners aged 11 and over for junior races and to those aged 15 and over for the senior main event. Entrants are asked to ensure they can complete their chosen race within one hour for safety reasons.
The series awards trophies and individual honours based on performance across the races. Individual series positions are scored from the best three of four races.
