Winter Wander Challenge Day 2 2027
Running Events Devon is organising the Winter Wander Challenge Day 2 on 12 December 2027 near Capel Lane, Littleham, Exmouth EX8 2QZ. The event uses a Turn Up Get Going system where participants may arrive during the permitted operating window and must complete their final lap by the event deadline. Entry is limited to 75 participants and the minimum age is 18 years. Entries close on 11 December 2027. Permit number ARC is recorded for the event.
The format is an 8 hour timed event on an undulating, accurately measured road course. Each lap is 5.3 km out and back along a scenic route on an old disused train line and is run entirely on tarmac. The course classification is Road. Participants may walk or run and any number of laps completed within the permitted time is recorded as a finish; finishers can collect a medal. Medal designs will be a mix of spare medals and requests for a specific design are handled by the organiser.
