Cocoa Classic

The Cocoa Classic takes place on Saturday, March 7, 2026. The event is held at The Boat House at Independence Oaks Park in Clarkston, Michigan, with the address 9501 Sashabaw Rd.

Two race distances are offered.

5 Mile

Both courses start and finish near the Boat House. They take place on a paved river loop path, where the 5-mile event consists of two loops of the 2.5-mile path. Organizers note that while efforts are made to clear the path, winter conditions in Michigan may include ice and snow.

Packet pickup occurs on race morning at The Boat House.
