Run Like The Dickens
Run Like The Dickens is a community running event held in Holly, Michigan, with races centered at Holly Middle School. The course runs on paved streets in downtown Holly, is mostly flat, clearly marked, and crosses railroad tracks. Roads on the course remain open to vehicle traffic. The kids races take place on the school track.
Registration and bib pickup are available the evening before and on the morning of the event in the school gymnasium. Entry for each main event includes a medal. No shirts will be ordered after Thanksgiving. Proceeds support the Holly youth running programs.
Distances offered:
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- 5K Run (3.1 miles)
- 5K Walk (3.1 miles)
- Tiny Tim Trot: 0.25, 0.5, and 1 mile races
Fees listed for the main races are twenty dollars for the 10K and 5K events and ten dollars for the kids fun run. The event schedule includes multiple race formats for adults and children and is staged at the middle school and surrounding downtown streets.
