JingleJog 5K Run/Walk
JingleJog 2026 is a community 5K run and 5K walk held in downtown Fenton, Michigan on December 5, 2026. The event offers separate start lines for runners and walkers, with walkers beginning behind the runners. The course starts and finishes near the Fenton United Methodist Church Family Life Center and follows a mostly flat, well-marked route through streets in and near downtown. Roads remain open to traffic and are monitored by police and volunteers.

Registration opens on September 10, 2026 and closes on November 20, 2026. The registration fee is $40.00. Packet pick-up is available the day before the event at the Fenton & Linden Regional Chamber Office (104 S. Adelaide St., Fenton, MI) and on race day at the Fenton United Methodist Church Family Life Center (119 S. Leroy St., Fenton, MI). Registrations received after November 20 may not be guaranteed a commemorative T-shirt.
The event uses chip timing with live results, and all finishers receive a commemorative medal. Awards include overall and masters prizes for runners and walkers, and first-place gift cards for male and female finishers in those categories. Post-race amenities listed by the organizer include complimentary hot chocolate, a cookie, and a photo booth. The race launches the town's JingleFest activities, which include holiday shopping, ice sculptures, horse and carriage rides, a lighted parade, a community tree lighting, and a fireworks display.
