About the race
Windham Woods School hosts its 3rd annual Thankful Trails 5K Walk & Run at 39 Roulston Road in Windham, NH. The main event is a 5K (3.1 mile) two-loop course that follows campus trails and is described as scenic; trails are thin and uneven in places and the course is not accessible to strollers. Dogs are asked to remain at home for this event.
A free Kids Fun Run across the lower field is offered for runners ages 8 and under; participants in the fun run receive a ribbon. All 5K participants receive a raffle ticket with registration and additional raffle tickets are available for purchase. The event includes a raffle, an awards ceremony, and a post-race lunch.
Registration for the 5K is limited to 200 participants. Shirt sizes can be guaranteed for registrations completed by October 15; entries after that date will receive shirts as available.
