- 26.2 miles Marathon (Boston qualifier)
- 13.1 miles Half Marathon
- 5k
- Relay options for two- and four-person teams
The marathon course starts and finishes in downtown Manchester at Veterans Park and passes through the Millyard, the North End, crosses the Merrimack River, and follows the Goffstown Rail Trail before returning downtown. Course certification is provided for the marathon and half marathon. Course time limits are seven hours for the marathon and four hours for the half marathon; there is no time limit for the 5k. Marathon runners must meet intermediate pace cutoffs at 13.1 miles and 19.4 miles or they will be directed to finish the shorter distance and be recorded accordingly.
Aid stations are located approximately every two miles: 17 on the full marathon, 7 on the half, and 1 on the 5k. Most stations provide water, Gatorade, and portable toilets; select stations also offer GU nutrition products and bananas. Gear check is available at Race Day HQ. City parking is available downtown and city meters are free on Sundays.
Relay teams are limited to the first 125 registered teams; exchange zones and a shuttle for the remote exchange are provided. Finishers receive medals and age-group awards are given across the events. A virtual race option is available; virtual participants can submit results and earn miles toward the Millennium series but will not receive Points Chase scoring.
