Trailblaze 5 Miler
Trailblaze 5 Miler is a community run and walk held at Good Pickin’ Farm in Westford, MA on September 5, 2026. The event is presented by Good Pickin’ Farm and the Westford Firefighters Association.
The 5 mile trail course runs through the farm and includes wooded trails, open fields and pastures, views of the farm and its animals, and historic apple trees. The course is natural terrain and may include uneven ground, roots, rocks, hills, and changing trail conditions.
Distances:
- 5 Miles course through farm trails
- 2.5 Miles run or walk option
- 1K kids run for ages 12 and under
Event notes: the 5 Mile is a runners only race; the 2.5 Mile is open to walkers and runners; the Kids Run is for ages 12 and under. Published registration fees are $35 for the 5 Mile, $25 for the 2.5 Mile, and $15 for the Kids Run. Race registration includes one ticket to the petting zoo. Registered participants who meet the T shirt deadline are guaranteed a race shirt.
Awards will be presented following the 5 Miler. Post-race activities at the farm include a petting zoo, lawn games, and a sandbox play area; spectators and supporters may attend these activities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
