Winchester Trail Run - Hampshire
The Winchester Trail Run returns for its sixth year on Sunday 10 January 2027. The event attracted over 1,000 participants in the previous year and takes place in the Hampshire countryside just outside Winchester on the tracks, bridleways, and footpaths around Farley Mount.
Racing starts from Sparsholt College, where plentiful hard-standing parking is available. The programmed routes are described as rolling rather than hilly, with tree-lined sections and vistas across the surrounding countryside. One route is a Half Marathon distance, while an Epic route includes a short climb up to Farley’s Mount; there are two route lengths in total.
The event information notes arrangements for finishers, including a high-quality medal, a cool drink, and a selection of finisher goodies.
