Wimbledon Half Marathon
The Wimbledon Half Marathon is a road and common running event held in the SW19 area of London. The race starts and finishes at Wimbledon Common next to Rushmere Pond. The course provides participants with the opportunity to run through the streets of Wimbledon and the surrounding common.

The race route consists of a two-loop format that includes street running on open roads and sections of the common. The final stretch features a loop near the finish line. A group warm-up is conducted approximately ten minutes before the race starts to assist participants.
Several facilities are available at the race headquarters near Rushmere Pond and Kings College. These include a free cordoned-off baggage drop area, toilet facilities, and a medical team stationed at the start. The event uses electronic chip timing technology to provide accurate results, which are available immediately after crossing the finish line. An official photographer is also present on the course.
The location is accessible via public transport from Wimbledon station. From there, participants can take a bus to the War Memorial or walk for approximately 20 minutes. For those arriving by car, metered parking is located on Ridgeway and nearby side roads.
