Logistics and facilities
Chip timing is used to record finishing times and results are posted as runners cross the finish line. All finishers receive a medal and post-race refreshments including water, juices, fruit and a chocolate bar. A free baggage drop facility will be available; it will be cordoned off and participants are advised not to store valuables. Toilets are provided at the start and finish area. An official race photographer and a medical team will be present. A short group warm up is scheduled shortly before the race.

The nearest station is Wimbledon; the 93 bus serves a stop at the War Memorial, and walking from Wimbledon station to the War Memorial is described as about twenty minutes.
