Wimbleball Lake Trail Races
Wimbleball Lake Trail Races take place at Wimbleball Lake on 28 August 2026 and form part of the Wimbleball Sports Festival. The event offers off road running around the lake with routes that share start and finish areas. The 10K uses almost the same course as the triathlons held on the Sunday and the 5K follows the same start and finish but turns earlier. Both courses include off road terrain and views of the lake.

The event provides finishers medals and podium prizes across categories, with a one prize per person policy. Professional RFID chip timing and event photos are available, with social media resolution photos provided free and hi resolution downloads and prints offered for an additional charge. Facilities listed for competitors include showers, toilets and plentiful parking. Camping is available at Wimbleball Lake for an additional charge.
