Event overview

The Dark Skies Series is a winter night trail running series organised by Channel Events. The series comprises three separate events held in Somerset during the 2025/26 season. Each event offers two route options and allows entrants to enter individual events or the whole three-event series. Entrants can order a bespoke wooden finisher's medal prior to each event.

Dates, locations and entry

The 2025/26 series includes the following events and dates: Mendip Aurora at Mendip Activity Centre, Churchill on 1 November 2025; Storm The Fort at Brean Down, Brean on 17 January 2026; and Moonlit Meadow Run at Longrun Meadow, Taunton on 7 February 2026. Entry is open to people aged 8 and over on each event date. Standard entry for listed events is £20 per person. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
