The Taunton Half Marathon is a long-standing road running event with a history spanning nearly 40 years. For its 40th edition, the race is managed by new directors who aim to maintain the traditional appeal of the event while incorporating a community atmosphere. The event take place on closed roads in the town centre to ensure a safe environment for both participants and spectators.
