Lindenhurst Turkey Trot 5K & Fun Run
The event is a community race held on November 14, 2026 at Lindenhurst Middle School, 350 S. Wellwood Ave., Lindenhurst, NY 11757. Distances offered include:

- FREE Kids Fun Run
Registration fees vary by date and options and include processing fees. There are options to sponsor a runner, donate separate amounts, or register as donation-only. Shirts are available for purchase in several sizes. Personalized bibs are provided for entries registered three weeks before the event.
Amenities listed include a DJ, fruit, juice, bagels, coffee, water, live online/text/email results, and free finish line photos. The course start and finish are located in the parking lot on the side of the school. Awards include top overall placements for male, female, and X category, and top three in multiple age groups (12 & under, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+). Ribbons are provided for all Fun Run participants.
Early bib pickup is available on November 13 at Sand City South from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Day-of pickup is handled by event staff starting one hour before the event; bib number is required for pickup and last-minute registrants may receive a bib number by text. Proceeds from the event go to the William Rall PTA. Parking is not available at the middle school; participants are asked to use side streets.
