Wildwood Canyon Trail Run : October 24, 2026
The Wildwood Canyon Trail Run is an 8-hour timed trail event held at Wildwood Canyon State Park in Yucaipa, California. Runners complete loops of a marked course that measures 3.7 miles per loop with almost 600 ft of vertical gain per loop. Participants are allowed to complete as many loops as they can within the 8-hour limit. Runners must begin their final loop by the 7 hour and 15 minute mark to continue and finish that loop.
Course, support and facilities
The course is a loop that passes through canyons, meadows, and oak-studded hillsides within the state park. An aid station is provided at the start/finish area offering water, soda, electrolyte drinks, watermelon, chips, and energy bars; there is also a water station at the highest point of the course. Vendors will be onsite on race day and a live Bluegrass band will perform in the morning. Awards are presented immediately after the end of the event at the start/finish line. An afterparty is scheduled at a local brewery in Yucaipa. Spectators are welcome. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
