The Lopers Club Holiday Classic takes place in Loma Linda on December 6, 2026, with the Start/Finish located in front of the Loma Linda Fire Department at 11325 Loma Linda Drive. The event includes multiple run and walk distances that follow tree-lined neighborhood streets and provide scenic mountain views.
Distances
- Half Marathon, 13.1 miles
- 10K, 10 kilometers
- 5K, 5 kilometers
- Elves' Trot, 0.25 miles for children ages 3 to 6
The Half Marathon, 10K and 5K use wave starts with 10 minutes between waves. The Half Marathon has a 4 hour course limit, which accommodates walkers who can maintain roughly an 18 minute per mile pace. Long-sleeved technical shirts are provided to participants who register prior to November 1, 2026; later registrants receive shirts while supplies last and size availability may be limited for late registrations. Finishers of the Half Marathon, 10K and 5K receive finishers' medals. Overall male and female winners in each race receive trophies, and division medals are awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each of 20 age divisions.
Additional event features include a free breakfast for Half Marathon, 10K and 5K participants, a small fee for Elves' Trot participants, a post-race mini-massage, team entry discounts, and a community toy drive collecting new, unwrapped toys and sports equipment for local families.
