Event Overview
The Wildcat Summer Cup is a series of 5K runs held in Montgomery, Alabama. It is organized by the Sunrise Social Club and sponsored by River Region Runners (R3). The June event is the first of three races in the series.
Race Details
This event is part of a summer series. A single payment of $20 provides a bib for all three 5K races in the series. Runners are responsible for keeping their bibs and bringing them to each race. Registration for the summer continues, and bib pickup is available on each race day.
Course and Format
The course is marked and uses hand timing. The series is described as "very unofficial." Each race is held at a unique location on the second Sunday of the month. The series locations are:
- June 14: Vaughn Road Park
- July 12: Cloverdale Park
- August 9: Union Station Train Shed
