Wildcat Summer Cup - July 5K
The Wildcat Summer Cup - July 5K is a running event held in Montgomery, Alabama, as part of a three-race summer series organized by the Sunrise Social Club with sponsorship from River Region Runners (R3). The July edition is scheduled for July 12, 2026, at Cloverdale Park, with other series dates on June 14 and August 9 at different local parks.
The event distance is approximately 3.11 miles (5K). The course will be marked and hand timed; timing is described as unofficial. Registration for the series opens February 28, 2026 and closes July 12, 2026. The registration fee is $20 for a single bib that covers the entire series, which comprises three separate 5K events.
Participants are responsible for keeping their bibs for the duration of the series and bringing them to each race day. Bib pickup is available at each race. Registration will continue to be accepted throughout the summer at the organizers information channels.
Following the run there is a BYOB potluck brunch.
