US Road Running - Centennial Hill
The US Road Running event in Montgomery, Alabama, offers three distinct distance options for participants. The race takes place at Centennial Hill, utilizing the scenic open space near the central large parking lot of the park. This event is part of a larger running series, and participants can earn points toward the series rankings.
The races are conducted on out-and-back courses with specific lap requirements for each distance:
- 5K: This distance involves completing a 1.56-mile out-and-back course twice.
- 10K: This distance involves completing the 1.56-mile out-and-back course four times.
- Half Marathon: This 13.1-mile course is a 2.18-mile out-and-back route completed six times.
Registration must be completed online prior to the event, as there is no option for on-site registration. Packet pickup is scheduled to begin 30 minutes before the start and concludes 10 minutes before the race begins. All participants who finish their respective distances receive a finisher medal.
