The event takes place at Blount Cultural Park in Montgomery, Alabama. It includes three distance options offered on looped out-and-back courses that start and finish at the park. The event notes a designated large parking lot in the center of the park and a Scenic Open Space area for access and staging.

Course format details are specified for each distance. The 5K and 10K use a short out-and-back loop repeated multiple times. The half marathon uses a longer out-and-back loop repeated multiple times. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies.
Packet pickup is available shortly before the races and closes shortly before race start. All participants must complete online registration on RunSignup; no on-site registration is provided. The event lists standard participant features such as finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.
