Event details
The Eagle race is scheduled for July 25, 2026, at Blount Cultural Park in Montgomery, Alabama (1 Festival Dr, 36117). The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup. There is no on-site registration. A contact form is available for race questions. The event lists finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume recognition, series points, and awards.
Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K use a short loop described as 0.78M, with an out-and-back of 1.56M. The 5K completes that out-and-back two times and the 10K four times. The Half Marathon uses a loop described as 1.09M, with an out-and-back of 2.18M; the Half Marathon repeats that out-and-back six times. A course time limit is set at 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the start. Recommended parking is the large lot in the center of the park or the Scenic Open Space. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
