Wild Turkey Trot 3k presented by Orlando Health
The Wild Turkey Trot 3k is scheduled for November 26, 2026, at Brevard Zoo in Melbourne, Florida (8225 N Wickham Road, 32940). The event includes an in-person Wild Turkey Trot 3k and a Virtual Wild Turkey Trot 3k.
Runners and walkers follow a course through the zoo that passes animals, their habitats, and native plants. A water and Gatorade station is available along the route and at the start and finish areas. There is a one hour cutoff for all runners measured from each participant's start; participants will be escorted off the course if they do not finish within that limit.
Awards are planned for the Top 10 overall male and female finishers and the Top 10 male and female finishers in the 11 years and under division. All finishers receive a turkey-themed medal and a commemorative running hat. Race shirts are available for purchase online for $20 prior to the event.
A pre-race packet is sent one week before the event and includes details for packet pickup; organizers will offer three in-person packet pickup opportunities with dates and times listed in the packet.
