Event details

The Wild Mountain Winery Wine Run 5k is scheduled for May 16, 2026, at Wild Mountain Winery, 16906 Wild Mountain Rd, Taylors Falls, MN 55084. Registration includes a super-soft ring spun cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal that doubles as a wine stopper, a chip-timed race bib, online results, and a pour of wine. The race is timed and scored by J3 Timing and results will be posted online. Packet pickup is available on race day only. Minors may participate with a discounted registration but will not receive a wine glass or a wine pour.

Course and logistics

The course starts and finishes at the winery and follows two laps. It begins through the southern vineyards, moves onto a cross-country path to the east, continues along a dirt road to the north, then returns through the northern vineyard and scenic trails. The route includes uneven terrain and some short, steep inclines. Parking is at Wild Mountain Resort and Water Park (37200 Wild Mtn Rd, Taylors Falls) with a shuttle service to the winery from the remote lot. Camping is available on the winery property; space is limited. A virtual participation option is offered, with packet shipping available for an additional fee.
