All Roads Lead to Wanderoos 5K Run/Walk
The event is a community 5K run/walk held at Wanderoos Ball Park in Amery, Wisconsin. It is organized by the Wanderoos Area Community Club and raises funds to support emergency needs of people in the Wanderoos area. The event was the winner of "Amery's Best Charity Run" in 2025.
The run is timed by Tortoise and Hare Timing from Minocqua, WI; if participation exceeds 100 runners, the race will be chip timed. The 5K is the kickoff for a full day of local activities including a live parade, a bean bag tournament, kids games, a chicken dinner and other concessions, a street dance and a fireworks display.
Registration details are provided in several phases. Early registration runs until midnight on June 16 with fees of $20 for teens and adults, $15 for youth ages 6 to 10, and free for ages 0 to 5. From June 17 fees increase to $25 for teens and adults and $20 for youth; ages 0 to 5 remain free. Online registration closes at 9:00 pm on July 2.
