All Roads Lead to Wanderoos 5K Run/Walk
This event is a community 5 km run/walk held at Wanderoos Ball Park, 1636 70th Avenue, Amery, WI. It is organized with support from the Wanderoos Area Community Club, Peer’s Bar, and UW Wanderoos. Proceeds will help support emergency needs of people in the Wanderoos area. The run serves as the kickoff for a full day of community activities including a live parade, a bean bag tournament, children’s games, a chicken dinner and other concessions, a street dance, and a fireworks display.
The event received the Amery's Best Charity Run award in 2025. Timing is provided by Tortoise and Hare Timing of Minocqua, WI and the race will use chip timing if participation exceeds 100 runners.
Registration details: Early registration runs until midnight on Tuesday, June 15, 2027. Fees for early registration are $20 for teens and adults, $15 for youth, and free for ages 0 to 5. Prices increase on June 16, 2027 to $25 for teens and adults and $20 for youth. Online registration will close at 9pm on June 30, 2027. Onsite registration is available on July 3 with higher fees of $30 for teens and adults, $25 for youth, and free for ages 0 to 5.
Military members and first responders may register onsite at no charge by presenting Military or First Responder identification. Commemorative shirts may be added to an order; shirt prices are $20 for youth sizes, $22 for adult sizes up to XL, and $25 for larger sizes. Shirt orders are due by midnight on Tuesday, June 15, and a very limited number will be available for sale at the ballpark on July 3.
