Forest Lake Rotary Turkey Trot
The Rotary Club of Forest Lake will host its 9th Annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning, November 26, 2026, in Forest Lake, MN. The event includes a timed 5K and a 1 Mile Fun Run on the Hardwood Creek Trail behind the Forest Lake City Center at 1408 Lake St S. Check in takes place at the Forest Lake City Center, where participants receive a race number bib and a Turkey Trot stocking cap. Registration is handled through UltraSignup and integrated race timing is provided. UltraSignup service fees are added at checkout.
A portion of proceeds will support food assistance for families in the Forest Lake community. Participants may include runners, walkers, parents with children in strollers, and leashed dogs, though dogs that do not do well with crowds or noise are asked to stay home. Entry fees are listed as Adult $35, Students ages 7 to 18 $20, and children 6 and under free. Register by November 1 to be guaranteed a Turkey Trot 2026 stocking cap. Registration closes November 25.
There are no refunds and entries may not be transferred, deferred, or applied to another event. If public health or other conditions force cancellation, the races will become virtual and shirts and race numbers will be available for pick up at the Forest Lake City Center on Thanksgiving morning; alternate pick up times may be considered and registrants will be contacted by email.
