The Wicked Wine Run takes place on May 9, 2026 at E2 Family Winery, 9301 W Hwy 12, Lodi, California. The event is held on the winery grounds and vineyards of the Ehlers family, which produces over 4,500 cases annually from a 400+ acre vineyard. All participants and spectators must be 21 and will be asked to show ID.

1K tickets include three different 1 oz wine tastings along the course, a fourth tasting at the finish served in a personal wine glass, an event bib, an event shirt, a finisher medal, and access to the after party. 5K tickets include a free wine glass filled at the finish, an event bib, an event shirt, a finisher medal, and access to the after party. The event provides food trucks, music, games, aid stations, and merchandise tents. The 5K course will have two water stations along the route and an additional water station at the finish. A packet mailing option is available for a $20 fee if arranged before the two-week cutoff. Parking at the venue may cost up to $20; a digital parking pass can be purchased in advance.
