The Wicked Wine Run takes place at E2 Family Winery in Lodi, California on May 9, 2026. The event combines a tasting walk and a run/walk through vineyard grounds at a winery with wine-making roots in California since 1835. The venue produces over 4,500 cases annually from a 400+ acre vineyard and grows varieties from Zinfandel to Portuguese Verdelho. All participants and spectators must be 21 or older; age verification will be required at packet pickup or on event day for mailed packets.

Tickets, logistics and on-course details

The 1K ticket includes three 1 oz wine tastings along the course and a fourth tasting at the finish served in a wine glass, an event bib, an event shirt, and access to the after party. The 5K ticket includes a wine glass filled at the finish, an event bib, an event shirt, a finisher medal, and access to the after party. The 5K allows walking, has two water stations on course plus a finish-line water station, and participants have 90 minutes to complete the 5K. Packet pickup is available on event day; specific pickup details will be posted within two weeks of the event. For $20 the race packet can be mailed and the registrant will be automatically checked in; this option is available until two weeks before the event. Parking at the venue may cost up to $20 and a digital parking pass can be pre-purchased. Food trucks, merch, games, dance and costume contests, and a spectator tasting-only ticket are part of the event. The event supports charity partners.
