Delta Harvest Run
The Delta Harvest Run is a community-oriented athletic event held in Brentwood, California. Organized by the Delta Association of Realtors Community Service Foundation, the event functions as a benefit to support East Contra Costa County food banks, shelters, and local high school scholarships. The race courses are designed to be flat and fast, starting and finishing at the Community Centre/City Hall on Oak Street.
Participants can choose from several distance options:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
- 1-Mile Family Fun Run
Registration for the 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon includes a custom t-shirt for those who register by the specified late August deadline, a runner goodie bag, and a finisher medal. Participants also receive a token redeemable for either a cold beer or an ice cream at the event. Entrance to the beer garden requires a valid ID. The 1-Mile Family Fun Run is available as a separate registration that does not include a t-shirt.
For logistical convenience, a gear check station is provided at the venue. Early packet pickup is available the day before the race at a local athletic store in Brentwood, and race-day packet pickup is also offered.
