The Wichita Sweetheart Run 5K and 10K takes place on February 15, 2026, at Sedgwick County Park in Wichita, KS. The event offers both in-person and virtual options and is scheduled during the Valentine's weekend period.

Individual runners earn age-group and overall awards in both the 5K and the 10K. The 5K also includes male, female, and coed two-person team competition for top overall awards. All finishers receive a finisher's medal. Participants may add a long sleeve race shirt for an additional $8.

Packet pickup is available the day before the event at Fartlek's Running Shop and Smoothie Stop, located at 535 W Douglas Ave #130, and packet pickup is also available on the race day at the race location.
