5k Beer Run x Public Brewing
The event is an untimed 5k fun run held at Public Brewing Company in Kenosha, WI. The course is approximately 5 kilometers, starts and ends at the brewery taproom, and is open to runners, joggers and walkers. The route is marked with arrows and runs on open roads and city sidewalks; roads will not be closed and participants are responsible for obeying traffic laws. The event is part of the 2026 Wisconsin Brewery Running Series season.
Participants receive one craft brew at the finish line from Public Brewing, a choice of a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal Brewery Running Series swag item, and an opportunity to win merchandise or beer prizes. A portion of proceeds supports local nonprofits; this event will donate 10% to local organizations such as MADACC. Registration is limited by taproom capacity. The event operates rain or shine, there is no bag check, and dogs and strollers are allowed on course with care. A valid ID is required to receive alcoholic beverages; underage registered participants will receive a token for a non-alcoholic beverage. Refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
