Spirits on the Rocks - Lake County 5K
Spirits on the Rocks is an untimed 5K that starts and finishes at On the Rocks in Waukegan, Illinois. The route follows the harbor and proceeds down Sheridan Road to Oakwood Cemetery, passing through Waukegan's historic district.
