White Lake Spring International & Sprint
The White Lake Spring International & Sprint is scheduled for Sunday, May 3, 2026, at The Grand Regal @ Goldston's Beach, 1608 White Lake Dr., White Lake, NC 28337. The event day is Day 2 of a Spring triathlon weekend; Day 1 is the White Lake Half Pro/Am. The host venue is the refurbished Grand Regal at Goldston's Beach and includes a white sandy beach, a full service restaurant and bar, a sandwich shop, an arcade, miniature golf, a kids playground, and a splash pad.
Race information
The event program includes both International and Sprint race groups with individual, relay, and AquaBike options in each group. Registration opens November 1, 2025. Price ranges listed for the event groups are $65 to $145 for the International group and $50 to $105 for the Sprint group.
Race distances:
- Sprint: Swim 750 meters, Bike 18.5 miles, Run 5K
- International: Swim 1500 meters, Bike 28 miles, Run 10K
Packet pick-up is at the race site (The Grand Regal @ Goldston's Beach). Available times listed are Saturday, May 2, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM; Sunday, May 3, 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM (International only); and Sunday, May 4, 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM (Sprint). A photo ID is required, payment by cash, check, or credit card is accepted, and all participants must pick up their own packet, including relay members. In-person participant meetings will be replaced by a participant video posted before the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
