White Lake Spring International & Sprint

This event is Round 5 of the North Carolina Triathlon Series and takes place on day two of the White Lake Spring Triathlon weekend. Day one of the weekend features the White Lake Half Pro/Am.

The venue is The Grand Regal Resort at Goldston's Beach on the shores of White Lake in White Lake, NC. Goldston's Beach was the original race site for the first White Lake Triathlon in 1996 and has been recently upgraded. The resort offers a white sandy beach and onsite amenities including a full-service restaurant and bar, a sandwich shop, a large arcade, miniature golf, and a new kids playground with a splash pad.

Racing includes both the International and Sprint distances. Event formats offered for each distance include individual, relay, and aqua-bike entries. Registration opens on November 1, 2026 and closes on December 31, 2026. Registration fees for the various events range from $50 to $145.
