White Lake Spring International & Sprint
The White Lake Spring International & Sprint takes place on May 3, 2026 at The Grand Regal @ Goldston's Beach in White Lake, North Carolina. It is Day 2 of a spring triathlon weekend; Day 1 hosts the White Lake Half Pro/Am.
The event includes International and Sprint distance formats with Individual, Relay, and AquaBike options. Distances are:
- Sprint: Swim 750 meters; Bike 18.5 miles; Run 5K
- International: Swim 1500 meters; Bike 28 miles; Run 10K
The host venue, the refurbished Grand Regal @ Goldston's Beach, is located on the lake shore and offers a white sandy beach and onsite amenities such as a full service restaurant and bar, a sandwich shop, an arcade, miniature golf, a playground, and a splash pad.
Registration opens November 1, 2025 and listed entry prices vary by event. Packet pick-up is available at the race site on the day before the race and on race-morning for each distance. A photo ID is required for packet pick-up; cash, check, or credit card are accepted. All participants must pick up their own packet, including relay team members.
