White Elephant 5K/10K/Half Marathon - Canton
The White Elephant 5K/10K/Half Marathon is a holiday-themed running event held at Etowah River Park in Canton on December 24. The event offers timed road distances and an option to participate virtually.

Athletes select a shirt size at registration, but the actual shirt is a surprise. Finishers receive a White Elephant-style bundle that includes a race shirt and a finisher medal from a previous event, revealed after the race.
Awards are presented by gender to the top three finishers in five-year age groups, beginning with 10 and under and continuing through older age groups. Course maps are provided for each distance.
Self-serve water stations are available approximately every 1.5 miles. Runners who prefer not to stop may use personal hydration systems. On-site check-in and race day registration are available.
Registration fees vary by registration period. Early bird rates listed include 5K $20, 10K $25, Half Marathon $40, and Virtual $25; regular and late rates increase incrementally, with race day fees listed separately.
