Logistics, awards and policies
Early packet pickup is offered the day before the event and there is race-morning packet pickup. At check-in participants receive bibs only; shirts and finisher medals are selected from prior events, wrapped as "white elephant" gifts, and distributed after crossing the finish line. Awards include overall male/female, overall master, grand master, senior master, and top three male/female in standard age groups from 10 & under through 80+. Virtual participants may run at a location of their choice, submit finishing times by the end of race day, and receive shipped virtual packages the Monday after the event (shipping within the continental US only). Registration follows multiple pricing phases with preview, early-bird, regular, late, and race-day rates; participants registered by 12/14 are guaranteed swag in their requested size. All registrations are final; there are no refunds, transfers, or deferments except the event may convert to fully virtual in response to public health orders.
