The White Elephant 5K/10K/Half Marathon in Canton, GA takes place on December 24, 2025 at Etowah River Park, 600 Brown Industrial Pkwy. The event offers in-person and virtual options and includes a 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, a "Help Then Run" 5K variant, and virtual distances. Logistics and awards
Only bibs are distributed at race check-in and early packet pickup; race shirts and finisher medals are given after athletes cross the finish. Shirts and medals will be items from prior events, stamped with the White Elephant logo and packaged as surprise "white elephant" bundles. Virtual participants may run anywhere, submit results by the end of event day, and receive virtual packages shipped the Monday after the event within the continental US.
Awards are given for overall categories and in five-year age groups starting with 10 & under through 80+, with top three male and female finishers recognized in each age group. All registrations are final; there are no refunds, deferments, or transfers. Volunteers may receive race credits and other incentives as described by the organizer.
