Thanksgiving Day Gobble Wobble 5K & Fun Run : Alpharetta, GA
The Gobble Wobble is held on Thanksgiving Day in Halcyon at 6365 Halcyon Way in Alpharetta. This is the 11th annual edition and includes in-person and virtual options. All donations benefit Meals by Grace.

- Virtual 5K
Registration opens July 8, 2026. Fees listed for the events include $35 for the 5K, $25 for the Kids Fun Run, and $35 for the Virtual 5K. A registration cutoff of November 20, 2026 guarantees a shirt and a finisher medal for eligible events.
Race operations note that 5K runners are assigned pre-assigned starting corrals based on estimated finish time; corrals are identified on race bibs. Chipped timing bibs are used and the official race time starts when a participant crosses the starting line. Runners with strollers should line up at the back of their assigned corral.
Packet pickup is available at Big Peach Running Co. in Cumming and Big Peach Walk, Run, Hike in Dawsonville during scheduled days before the event; there is no race day packet pickup. Virtual participant packets not picked up will be mailed after November 30. Awards include overall and masters placements and 1st through 3rd in five-year age groups; there will be no award ceremony, and awards are available for pickup after the event.
Parking is available in nearby garages and lots; participants are asked to avoid parking at businesses open on Thanksgiving or in residential areas. Restroom facilities include full-service restrooms at The Market Hall and portable toilets near the Big Creek Greenway Halcyon Trailhead.
