Race details and logistics
Registration tiers include early, regular, late, and race-day pricing; participants registered by December 3 are guaranteed swag in their requested size. Only bibs are distributed at race check-in and early packet pickup; race shirts and finisher medals are handed out after crossing the finish line as surprise "white elephant" items sourced from prior events and stamped with the race logo. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in five-year age groups beginning with 10 & under through 80+, plus overall and master categories.
An early packet pickup is held the evening before the race at New Realm Brewing. Virtual participants submit results by the end of event day and receive shipped virtual packages the Monday after the event (shipping within the continental US). RaceJoy is available for live phone tracking and progress alerts. Volunteer recruitment can qualify a volunteer for a $50 Visa gift card if specific conditions are met.
